No. You sign in on Google’s own page and allow read-only access to Search Console and Analytics. ArvaSEO never sees your password and can’t change anything in your Google accounts. You can remove its access at any time.

Yes. Choose Continue with Google on the sign-in or sign-up page. On an agency’s own client portal address, clients sign in with their email and password instead.

ArvaSEO-Bot is the crawler that runs audits. It identifies itself as Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; ArvaSEO-Bot/1.0; +https://arvaseo.com/bot), follows robots.txt, only opens pages on the website being checked, and never logs in or submits forms. More at arvaseo.com/bot.

Google personalises results by your location, device, language and search history, and results change through the day. ArvaSEO checks from a neutral, signed-out search in the country or city you chose, so it shows what a typical searcher there sees. Search Console’s average position is different again: it averages every search where your page appeared.

Yes. Professional adds your agency’s name, logo and colour, with a small "Prepared with ArvaSEO". Agency can remove ArvaSEO’s branding completely, and send client emails and run the client portal on your own domain.

On the Agency plan, yes: each client can have up to 10 logins to a portal with your branding, showing their reports and progress and nothing else. See Set up the client portal.

No. On the Off-Page page, Write email fills in one of the outreach templates and opens it in your own email app, so it comes from you. Choose Mark as sent afterwards to keep track.

Open Settings → Plan & billing and choose Cancel plan. You keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. You can change your mind before then. See the refund policy.

Send us a ticket from the workspace you want closed, and cancel any paid plan first. Once it’s closed, its data is deleted for good 30 days later; until then, we can reopen it if you change your mind.

Google access tokens are stored encrypted, everything travels over HTTPS, and the servers are backed up every night with encryption. Each workspace only ever sees its own data. The Privacy Policy has the details.
