Create a report
Open the website, then Reports, and create a report for the period you want. Choose the sections to include, then download it as a PDF. Each PDF uses one report from your plan's monthly allowance; downloading it again is free.
Schedule it
On Professional you can email a website's report every month, and on Agency every week or every month. Each schedule sends at 08:00 in its own timezone and covers the last full month or week. Every recipient gets their own email with the PDF attached and their own unsubscribe link, and you're told if anyone unsubscribes.
Make it yours
In Settings → Branding, add your agency's name, logo, colour and contact details. Professional reports say "Prepared with ArvaSEO"; Agency can remove ArvaSEO branding completely. Report emails use your sender name, and replies go to your reply-to address.
