- Check spam and promotions folders. ArvaSEO's emails come from
no-reply@arvaseo.com. Mark one as "not spam" so the next ones arrive. - Check your email settings. In Account → Email notifications you choose which notifications are emailed. Verification, password resets, invitations and billing emails always send.
- Check the address. Make sure the email on your account is spelled correctly.
If an email to your address ever bounced or was marked as spam, ArvaSEO stops emailing it to protect deliverability. Send us a ticket and we'll lift it once you confirm the address works.
