Arva SEO keeps the day's work in a few places so nothing slips between websites.
My work
My work in the sidebar lists open tasks on every website you work on, soonest due first: Overdue, Due today, Next 7 days, Later and No due date. Choose whose tasks to see (yours, nobody's yet, everyone's or one person's) and narrow it to one website. Tick a task off right there, or open it on its website. The red number in the sidebar is how many of your tasks are overdue.
The dashboard
Your websites shows each verified website's SEO Health, critical issues, Search Console clicks for the last 28 days, open and overdue tasks, and how far it is through the SEO Cycle. Websites with overdue tasks and critical issues come first.
Setting up a new website
A new website's Overview shows Set up this website: connect Search Console and Analytics, capture the baseline, run the first audit, save keywords, add competitors and schedule client reports. Do them in any order; each ticks itself off. Hide the guide when you're done with it, and bring it back from Website settings.
Tasks from audit issues, in one go
On a website's Audit, tick the issues to work on (or Select all without a task), choose who it's for and a due date, then Create tasks. Issues that already have an open task are skipped. Each issue shows its task, and after the next audit, whether the fix is confirmed.
Saved views
Keywords, Audit and On-Page remember their filters in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered list. Use Views to save the current filters under a name, for yourself or shared with everyone on the website, and apply them in one click.
