Arva SEO bases every page suggestion on that page's own data. A brand profile for each website makes ideas sound like that business instead of any website.
What a page's suggestions are based on
- What the latest audit measured on the page: its title, description and headings, word count, images, links and markup.
- The keywords mapped to it, if any.
- The searches it already shows up for in Google Search Console. On-Page points out searches where the page is close to the top (positions 4 to 20) but its title doesn't use their words.
Add a brand profile
Open the website, then Website settings, then Brand profile. Every field is optional:
- What the business does, Services or products, Where it works and Who it's for.
- Facts AI may use, such as "Family-run since 2009" or "Licensed by the Uganda Tourism Board". AI doesn't add claims that aren't on the page or here.
- Tone of voice, the brand name to end titles with, and words and phrases to avoid.
The brand profile is used for title and description ideas, content briefs and drafts, AI Search questions, and by Claude or ChatGPT when they're connected to Arva SEO.
Notes on suggested copy
Title and description ideas, and the copy you save on a page, are checked against the rest of the website. A note appears when one:
- is the same as, or shares most of its words with, another page's title or description;
- uses a stock phrase that fits any website, such as "look no further" or "one-stop shop";
- uses a phrase from the brand profile's list to avoid.
Nothing changes on your website until you change it there.
