The Free plan is for one person or business: one Free workspace per person, one Free website per domain, and one account per email inbox. It's how we keep Free free.
What a limit pauses
When several Free accounts seem to have been opened to get around the Free plan's limits, for example from the same network or for the same website, we may limit them. On a limited Free workspace, these pause:
- keyword research and keyword data
- backlink and competitor data
- map grid scans and Business Profile lookups
- rank checks
- Arva SEO AI credits (your own AI key still works)
Everything else keeps working: your websites, audits, PageSpeed tests, Google data, reports and tasks. Nothing is deleted, and we tell the workspace owner by email and in the app.
Getting them back
- Choose a paid plan in Plan & billing. Paid plans aren't limited.
- Think we got it wrong? Contact support. Offices, schools and some mobile networks share one connection, and we'll lift it.
Other Free plan checks
- Confirm your email address. On Free, keyword and backlink data, map and Business Profile lookups, rank checks, Arva SEO AI credits and audits after the first need the workspace owner's email confirmed. The banner at the top of the app sends the link again.
- One Free website per domain. A website verified in one Free workspace can't be added or verified in another Free workspace. Ask its owner to invite you, or choose a paid plan to add it. Agencies on a paid plan can add their clients' websites.
- One account per inbox. Addresses with dots or a +tag reach the same inbox, so they count as one. Throwaway email addresses can't open an account.
